1. Mold maintenance technician (validity period: 2020.8.1~2020.8.31)
Job requirements:
1. Technical secondary school or above, major in mechanical manufacturing, mechanical design or mold manufacturing, healthy;
2. More than 5 years of experience in plastic mold manufacturing and maintenance;
3. Be able to skillfully use fitters to repair tools and equipment, such as grinder and EDM;
4. Familiar with mold disassembly and assembly, rich experience in plastic mold debugging, able to formulate corresponding countermeasures for mold problems and formulate mold maintenance standard hours;
5. Have rich debugging experience in the process of imported injection molding machine, and know the upper and lower mold procedures;
6. Familiar with the structure, processing technology and drawing ability of plastic mold, skilled in using CAD and other drawing software;
7. Familiar with the basic requirements of connector mold and appearance mold, mold structure of high-strength parts, corresponding debugging experience and forming principle
2. Equipment supervisor (valid period: 2020.8.1~2020.8.31)
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above; Mechanical, electrical, management science and engineering majors;
2. More than 5 years of equipment and EHS management experience; More than 3 years of experience in maintenance and management of various processing equipment and facilities related to mold manufacturing; More than 2 years of EHS management experience;
3. Proficient in manufacturing equipment management process, familiar with fixed assets (factory facilities) management process, familiar with EHS related laws, regulations and systems, familiar with TS16949 and ISO9001 systems, and have a certain level of English;
4. Have certain management ability, such as time management, overall planning, organization and coordination, supervision ability, strong cost control awareness and execution ability; Have strong communication skills, such as listening and persuasion; Have relevant cognitive abilities such as analytical deduction and inductive thinking, self-learning and data analysis; Have certain leadership abilities, such as decision-making ability, adaptability, ability to cultivate talents, and ability to impart knowledge and experience; Have strong sense of responsibility, interpersonal understanding and customer service awareness;

Job requirements:
1. Full-time college degree or above; Major in mold and mechanical manufacturing, English or related is preferred;
2. More than two years of experience in manufacturing industry and more than one year of experience in customer service;
3. Proficient in the use of office software, CET-6 level, strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
4. Must have strong coordination ability, execution ability, communication ability, pressure resistance ability, analysis ability, etc;
5. Honest, punctual, careful, rigorous and professional.
4. Supplier quality management engineer (validity period: 2020.8.1~2020.8.31)
Job requirements:
1. Collect and count the defective products, use the QC7 tool to make quality reports, and classify and analyze the quality problems;
2. Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of suppliers, and promote and supervise the improvement of each responsible department. Be able to optimize the quality control standards and operating procedures of the production process and inspection process;
3. Be able to analyze the causes of defective products and give treatment suggestions;
4. Be able to independently lead and complete the supplier audit, and help the supplier establish a complete quality inspection system;
5. Be familiar with the ISO/IATF quality system and mold professional knowledge, plan the inspection method for special parts, and ensure the effective implementation of the inspection process and the correct and effective inspection data. Be able to discuss with the project, design and process in the early stage, hold the quality assurance review meeting, and formulate the quality assurance plan;
5. Software development engineer (validity period: 2020.8.1~2020.8.31)
Job requirements:
1. Full-time college degree or above, major in computer science;
2. Be familiar with SQL-SERVER database and skillfully use stored procedures, triggers and SQL statements;
3. Experience in secondary development of ERP system is preferred, proficient in one or two computer languages;
4. Excellent fresh graduates are acceptable;
6. Grinder technician (validity period: long-term)
Job requirements:
1. More than 2 years working experience in precision plastic mold processing with surface grinder;
2. Have the basic knowledge of machining and field operation practice;
3. Be able to understand basic mechanical drawings and have knowledge of trigonometric functions;
4. Be able to work hard, work hard, think flexibly, and work in shifts;
